I haven't been in a while because I've been feeling great, but I love my chiropractor! I sent another friend who's pregnant and further along than me. She said the adjustment helped her back but also some ligament pain she was having!
Yes!! I've been seeing my chiropractor for the past 4 years for some issues in my neck. He actually did special adjustments when I told him that we were TTC. I also get a massage every other week. I had to stop during my first trimester, but now I can get it again. I can only imagine what pain my back and hips would be in if I couldn't see my chiropractor!
Yes! Go! lol I'm going once a week. My friend's sister is a chiro and she was adjusted regularly during her pregnancy. Her little baby got a tiny adjustment right at the hospital! I think she said that her baby's hip and something else was a little askew. It makes sense to me-they are getting squished out and are bound to have a couple things out of alignment!
I also work in child care and with all the lifting my back is killing me! I went twice the first week and now once a week. It helps but I'm still in a lot of pain. My sister is a massage therapist and I have only been able to get her to massage me once in two weeks so I might break down and just pay for one after Xmas. I also have been trying to modify my job to limit the amount of lifting. Try talking with your coworker.

no coworker, I am an in home provider. I only have 3 kids but the 30 lb year and a half year old kills me, changing and getting him in his high chair! My husband cracked my back by picking me up and squeezing hard around my chest and it helped SO much

Yes! They are life savers! Mine is awesome and was adjusting me before I became pregnant. I now count the days and look forward to seeing him for my adjustments because they make me feel so much better!
I will also be taking my LO to him after it's born to get adjusted Joints and such can get out of whack during delivery and I want to make sure if there are any subluxations they're dealt with immediately so baby is happy!

Definitely and I am happy to see how many people are supporting it! My dh and sis are chiropractors.
